I had an extremely difficult loan since I am self employed and she jumped through hoops for me and worked extra to get my loan done. She is very professional no matter the circumstances. This process was better then expected I was skeptical at first when Mel told me would be able to close in 20 days but she got it done quicker then that! Great experience would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to purchase a new home.
